A instalação como experiência: a obra site specific
Constituída como uma obra site specific, a obra crossmedia TRANS LU(Z)CIDEZ reflete a diversidade e singularidade de narrativas a partir do conceito de Arte-Paisagem.
Laboratório-performance
A ideia foi mostrar e ensinar a simplicidade de projetar, e a partir daí emitir luz com a informação. Uma brincadeira estética que todes podem projetar a partir de brinquedos de luz. A proposta parte de um kit para a montagem de lanternas e produção de lâminas de acetato transparente com palavras. As ações foram filmadas e as edições produzidas a partir da construção das narrativas, que foram projetadas na área externa do MAC. O foco principal do laboratório foi de trabalhar narrativas e construção de textos coletivos projetáveis com transparências, além de ensinar a confeccionar lanternas mágicas. As lanternas penduradas na “rede de janela” fixadas no teto e direcionadas para o piso projetavam palavras. O conjunto das 30 lanternas-palavras formou uma narrativa projetada que o público podia interagir, mudar e trocar as palavras durante o laboratório.
A obra Trans Lu(z)cidez teve o formato de multi-plataformas: a partir da instalação das lanternas, laboratório-performance, projeção como mídia e diálogos pelas redes sociais. O laboratório funcionou uma vez por semana e gerou material visual para a projeção na área externa, e esse material foi filmado, editado e projetado. O laboratório teve apoio da educadora Andrea Amaral, responsável pelo educativo do MAC-USP, de Achiles Luciano e Raquel Diógenes, artistas Projetemos, durante toda a mostra, com 8 participantes por encontro com agendamento prévio pelo MAC.
Projeção externa na empena do MAC
A projeção na empena do MAC-USP do material captado durante o laboratório gerou novos conteúdos na obra feitos pelo público espontâneo, espectadores-ativadores. A projeção aconteceu durante três noites ao longo dos quatro meses de exposição, das 20:00 às 22:00. Foram gravações em vídeo das ações do laboratório, com palavras e desenhos projetadas por lanternas na instalação interna do museu. O resultado foram poesias visuais, que foram editadas e também projetadas na área externa do MAC. O conteúdo foi construído em conjunto, sob debates com os participantes do laboratório, e executados como performance. Foram participações ativas dos participantes junto à obra.
'Diálogos da imagem' - YouTube do MAC
O convite para a exposição Além de 2020: Arte Italiana na Pandemia surgiu em outubro de 2020, em plena pandemia, um momento sem vacinas. Pensamos, criamos e abrimos a exposição sem saber se ela teria público presencial. A partir daí, foram pensados treze conteúdos para o YouTube do MAC, que simultaneamente foram ganhando espaço dentro da instalação física.
As obras de videoarte comissionadas pela artista e curadora aconteceram a partir de um encontro de vários artistas ativistas, e elas foram feitas especialmente para a obra, como parte do site specific, e transmitido através do YouTube. Foram 13 conteúdos diferentes, todos com referências às causas sociais minorizadas. Foram postados no Instagram uma chamada referente a cada conteúdo.
Oficina de ABS
A Oficina de Mapping foi aplicada como técnica para livre expressão e artivismo. Foi apresentada a ferramenta de democratização ABS para o público, vídeo mapping de Guerrilha, organizada pela MAC-USP e a Rede Projetemos.

Installation as experience: the site specific artwork
Created as a site specific work, the crossmedia artwork TRANS LU(Z)CIDEZ reflects the diversity and singularity of narratives from the concept of Art-Landscape.
Laboratory-performance
The idea was to show and teach the simplicity of projection, and from there, how to emit light with information. An aesthetic game that all may project from light toys. The initiative began with a kit for the assembly of lanterns, and the production of transparent acetate sheets with words. The actions were filmed and the editions were produced from the construction of narratives, which were projected at the external area of MAC. The main focus of the lab was to work on narratives and the construction of projectable collective texts with transparencies, and to teach to build magic lanterns. The lanterns were hanged on the ceiling and, pointing down at the floor, projected words. The set of 30 word-lanterns formed a projected narrative that the public could interact with, change and exchange the words during the lab.
Trans Lu(z)cidez was a multiplatform artwork, encompassing the installation of lanterns, the laboratory-performance, projection as media and dialogues through social media. The lab took place once a week and generated visual material for projection at the external area, and this material was filmed, edited and projected. The lab was supported by the educator Andrea Amaral, responsible for the education department of MAC-USP, by Achiles Luciano and Raquel Diógenes, Projetemos artists, receiving 8 participants in each meeting by previous scheduling.

The projection on MAC’s blank wall of the material recorded during the laboratory generated new content for the work, made by the spontaneous public, spectators-activators. The projection took place during three nights during the four months of exhibition, from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. They were video recordings of the lab actions, with words and drawing projected by lanterns on the internal installation of the museum. The result was visual poems, which were edited and projected as well on MAC’s external area. The content was constructed collectively, under debates with the lab participants, and executed as performance. They were active engagements by the participants with the work.
‘Dialogues of image’ - MAC on YouTube
The invitation for the exhibition Além de 2020: Arte Italiana na Pandemia came in October 2020, at the height of the pandemic, a moment before vaccines. We planned, created and opened the exhibition before knowing if there would be attending visitors. From that, we planned 13 videos for MAC’s YouTube channel, which simultaneously found a place in the physical installation.
The video art works commissioned by the artist and curator were created from a meeting of several artist-activists, and they were produced specifically for the site specific piece, and made available on YouTube. They were 13 different videos, all in reference to minorities and their social causes. On Instagram, a short publication promoted each video.
ABS Workshop
A video mapping workshop was promoted as a technique for free expression and artivism. We presented to the public the democratization tool ABS, guerilla video mapping, organized by MAC-USP and Rede Projetemos.
